Morning Smoothie


Well, I guess you could call this my morning smoothie- although it's not too smooth.  I actually like textured food...so I love all the textures in my smoothie.

Here is what I put in today (and most days):

Great grains cereal
almonds
canned peaches in juice, not syrup
tangelos with skin
fresh pineapple
coconut oil
frozen spinach
dandelion leaves
1 scoop grape spark (from advocare)
water
