There is not another people like us....

Being a Christian- one who trusts in Jesus Christ as their Lord, their Savior, their very life- is a beautiful thing. Unique. We aren't a society, or a culture, or a nationality. We belong to all societies, cultures and nations but that's not who we are.
We have been bought with a price- His very own Life and Blood, shed on the cross to bring about forgiveness of the sin we were born with so that we can receive a new life, righteous and holy- because He is righteous and holy (2 Corinthians 5:17,21)
When He arose- we arose (a new heart and a new spirit Ezekiel 36:26) with Him! We will not die physically as the same person we were born physically- because we have been given a new inner man, the old- crucified with Christ- dead and buried (Galatians 2:20, Romans 6).
We have been redeemed and reconciled. Transformed. Exchanged.
The truth is, you can name ANY religion or cult you want in the world and it's man trying to reach God or trying to become their own god or be God. But it's still all up to man to get there. This takes no faith.
Being a true believer, a Christian, is the ONLY faith-based truth. If you have to do one thing, besides believe (John 6:29), then it is not true Christianity- it's not about Jesus- because He did it ALL for us to so that we could reconciled with God. You can't do one single thing to bring yourself to God, or be God or become God. If you think you can you have believed the lie.
As unique individuals, with Christ living in us- we are brothers and sisters united together as His body. We are One, in Him. He is the head of the body, the church. We are the church, and we are empowered by the Holy Spirit dwelling within us. We ALREADY have everything we need!
And we are called to take care of our own:
1 John 3:16-18
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
James 2:15-16
If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?
